Stryker is looking for a Production Manager in Kayseri. Reporting to the Operations Director/Plant Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will lead and develop the production staff, foster a positive work environment, and drive continuous improvement through the Stryker Production System.
What you will do:
Reporting to Operations Director/Plant Manager
Oversee the entire production process, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Execute daily production activities with the optimum use of resources
Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a positive work environment
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by deploying the Stryker Production System
Identify, evaluate and lead cost reduction initiatives to deliver on financial projections
Ensure Stryker EHS standards are implemented consistently and improve the EHS standards to make workplace safer
Work collaboratively to establish meaningful performance objectives and drive accountability to those metrics
Provide developmental coaching and guidance to your team in the areas of performance management, communication, and adhering to company polices
Drive employee engagement by being responsible and accountable for actions promoting an environment that fosters inclusion, personal growth and development
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum 10 years of production related experience, including 3 years of proven leadership experience
Fluency in English
Experience with a global company is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Residing in or willing to relocate to Kayseri
