• Responsible from OEE, Scrap Rate, efficiency, ergonomy and the general working conditions of the machine (s)
• Create/update and conduct of a process with FMEA, Control Plan and Process Control Instruction
• Breakdown and scrap reduction, improvement of the machine performance and related KPIs

• Engineering background (mechanical, mechatronics, production, chemical, industrial engineering) preferably with background in manufacturing
• Experience in process responsibility with machine productivity (OEE, scrap rates, consumption elements)
• Knowledge on FMEA, Control Plan, Process Documentation
• Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English
