Production Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities (Preferably Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering),
• At least 2 years of experience in production,
• Experience in SAP,
• Good command of English,
• Knowledge and experience in assembly processes, automation systems,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• High communication and organizational competencies,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Dynamic, Positive, Harmonious,
• Strong job tracking and reporting skills,
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring and measuring the performance of production processes and analyzing the results to ensure that the necessary activities for continuous improvement are carried out,
• Reporting production results and improvement suggestions to the manager,
• Keeping itself up to date with current and emerging trends in production technologies,
• Ensuring the most efficient use of resources in line with work and time studies,
• Supporting the preparation of plans and programs to comply 100% with the production deadlines, realizing / ensuring the realization of the prepared plans and programs, 
• Contribute to the design and realization of the necessary equipment such as molds, jigs, fixtures, etc. required for production,
• Working on machine efficiency and design studies,
• Working in coordination with the Maintenance Department, to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment for which it is responsible and to ensure that preventive / periodic maintenance work is carried out,
• Leading and contributing to process cost improvement efforts,
• Supporting sustainability and energy efficiency projects.
