We are looking for a Production Chef to make a difference around the world!

YOUR TASKS:

• Ensuring that the planned products are produced on time at the desired quality standards, tracking the scrap and productivity targets and reporting to the Production Manager, improving the process and quality, product development and new product studies, creating the personnel working plan.
• Following up the Production KPIs according to the values specified in the company targets, planning and realizing the necessary studies for their improvement.
• BC & WC working in his team is responsible for the management of the personnel. Creation of Job & Skill Matrices. Determining the need - Organizing training organizations.
• Determining behavioral and technical needs and ensuring continuous development of the team. Establishing a feedback culture by establishing healthy communication with the team.
• Norm Staff Follow-up and planning
• Fulfill all duties and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
• Fulfills the duties related to the Quality Management System.
• He/she reports his work and activities
• It works with the principle of customer focus.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, material science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in production industries
• Good at using SAP and MS Office,
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
• Team management experience.
