Job Description


Responsibilities will include working by using existing procedures or guidelines and providing inputs to support/influence area decisions, making recommendations on new solutions and proposing improvements by analyzing different sources of information, and transforming the high-level vision of the Product Manager into detailed requirements by working closely with a range of stakeholders for the product, including non-customer stakeholders such as finance, security, operations, support, audit, and others.

Common accountabilities


To succeed in Product Owner role, you're required to have relevant experience in the following areas;


• BSc. / MSc. in Computer Science or in related areas.


• 5+ years of experience.


• Advanced level of written and oral English communication skills.


• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.


• Background in software industry is a plus.


• Time management, stakeholder management, planning and execution skills
• Experience in agile ways of working
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset


• No overseas travel restrictions


Specific accountabilities


• Understanding, identify and define customer needs.


• Interacting with Product Managers to write user stories affecting the team backlog.
• Supporting the product features definition (scoping).
• With the support of the Agile team, leading the definition and prioritization of the user stories, based on customer needs and value, to deliver based on market and business needs.
• Considering and prioritizing amongst all user stories the enabler work and sequence the architectural runway in collaboration with the development team.
• Managing, prioritizing, and communicating the flow of work.


• Ensuring the features and user stories backlogs are reprioritized before each release and sprint planning session.
• Constantly aligning and communicating with respective agile counterparts and leadership team.
• Doing sufficient analysis to ensure requirements are ready to be worked on.
• Working closely with delivery teams to ensure they build the right functionality in a timely manner.
• Is involved with ongoing testing efforts


• Participating to Agile events.


• Accepting stories prior sprint review.
• Actively participating to team coordination meetings, PO synchronization meetings, draft plan reviews, and management meetings.
• Actively participating to system demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops if in SAFe.
• Attending the events and sharing sessions organized by the Community of Practice of Product.
