Ground operation is a valuable and critical part of airline operations handled by various stakeholders. We are driving a paradigm shift that “whoever manages the ground operations, manages the airline business.” There are complex tasks and duties between flights land and take-off. To accomplish this the requirement is to put right number of people with the right skills on the right place and time.

easie Resource Management product team plays a crucial role in shaping products to better empower strategy and execution of airlines, ground handlers, cargo handlers and airports.


In this context, ICRON is looking for easie Resource Management Product Manager to be part of this impactful team.


Our Purpose for the Position


The easie Resource Management Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, roadmap, competitive edge defining functional and non-functional business requirements for our product to keep the fore-front and responsible for tracking customer requirements, market, industry and technology trends, business goals and orchestrate the timely and effective delivery by coordination with product development and QA teams. Product manager shall be able to have a consultative approach positioning product features to customers and prospects.


Responsibilities:


  • Define product strategy and innovation
  • Track market, industry and technology trends
  • Execute the strategy in collaboration with product development, marketing, delivery teams
  • Support product decisions with insight and data
  • Keep business focus to track innovation opportunities
  • Build and Manage Roadmap
  • Assessment of customer and prospectus requirements
  • Manage competitive edge by tracking market and technology trends
  • Conceptualize new product or features
  • Scoping, formalization of requirements and managing the time, quality and budget of agile phases of product development in collaboration with other product teams
  • Commercial Activities
  • Contribute to marketing activities and train product marketeers on products and features
  • Contribute to Product Marketing teams and plans
  • Content contribution to sales, documentation and marketing assets.
  • Give presentations, demos and product know-how building for customers,
  • Take part in answering RFP/RFI processes
  • Partnering Customers
  • Help customers to achieve effective results
  • Monitor key metrics of product traction
  • Initiate improvement actions when needed
  • Agile Product Management / Epic Owner activities
  • Implement the product vision & the business value in line with the business owners, the train PM’s, the product owners & agile teams
  • Communicate to and gain adoption by, customers on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business
  • Maximize the agile team outcome: translate requirements into epics and/or user stories, prioritize them and validate their delivery

Requirements:


  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management or related fields
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in Product Management/Product Marketing practices / in managing B2B Software Products or SaaS
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment and culture
  • Experience in customer facing professional positions
  • Experience in Airline Industry, Crew Scheduling or Workforce Management is a plus
