• Analyze product performance and generate actionable insights to optimize inventory.
• Determine store capacities and manage stock planning effectively.
• Conduct product training for store teams to improve customer service quality.
• Ensure accurate product delivery during store openings and seasonal transitions.
• Perform seasonal and competitor analyses to identify commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with business partners to manage end-to-end processes.
