Join our dynamic local Business Practices organization, where you'll play a vital role in empowering employees to navigate third-party engagements in both procurement and non-procurement activities. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the regional EEMEA procurement team and serve as an essential link for our Global Procurement team.
Job Description:
Assist stakeholders in navigating the correct processes, including identifying points of contact and gathering necessary information,
Provide Global Procurement with country-specific insights that require attention,
Aid the Procurement Category Lead in facilitating communication and execution with local suppliers, leveraging team members to address language barriers,
Serve as the Point of Contact for stakeholder issues that enhance efficiency, speed, and the company’s reputation, escalating concerns within the Global Procurement Organization with the support of the Procurement BRM (Business Relationship Manager) and Category Managers,
Facilitate communication with the Procurement Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure the readiness of supplier documentation for planned audits,
Coordinate procurement activities during crises (e.g., geopolitical issues, security breaches, pandemics) with the support of the Procurement BRM.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline,
Relevant practical experience in procurement, compliance, or a related area, with proficiency in vendor management, contract negotiation, and a comprehensive understanding of compliance procedures,
Advanced level of English,
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Ariba, Concur, ServiceNow),
Knowledge of local regulations and cultural nuances is essential for effectively managing relationships with local suppliers and stakeholders.
