In summary, you'll:

- Guide and nurture the procurement team to excel in their roles and achieve their best performance.
- Manage the procurement life cycle, ensuring smooth sourcing, purchasing, and contract management activities.
- Unlock cost savings and supply chain enhancements that raise the bar for how we do business.
- Work in unison with various internal teams to ensure procurement plans align with broader business objectives.
- Minimum 7 years of seasoned expertise in procurement, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
- Advanced English skills.
- A keen eye for negotiations and a proven track record of managing supplier relations and cost savings.

- Well-versed in procurement systems and tools, with excellent communication aptitudes.
