• Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
• Development and Implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets
• Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
• Responsibility and support for R+D-projects and in-sourcing activities

• Degree in Technical Vocational High School / Associate Degree from Technical Faculties / Chemical Engineering / Materials Engineering
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
• Proven track record for experience of working in cleaning processes or coating or similar surface technology.
• At least 5 years' experience in production or a comparable working area
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Open mindset to work in an intercultural environment as well as the willingness to travel abroad.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
