• Executing price & promotion strategies that fits commercial targets, develop frameworks and tools that help to deliver a consistent and data-led approach to pricing and promo management under the objective of drive profitability and create a positive value-for-money perception for customers.
• Drive key strategic pricing initiatives (item, promo, fee) and suggesting actions that contribute to revenue performance.
• Form close working relationships with category teams to influence the development of a strategic approach to pricing and promotions, providing insight and pricing/promo recommendations.
• Analyzing market customer trends, competition dynamics and managing pricing processes with correct positioning.
• Creating reporting system by working with complex data, follow the financial effects and guide commercial decisions.
• Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders (YS Market, DH Global Team & Regional Teams), developing robust processes, eye for detail and ability to articulate findings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent attention to detail and focus on quality/accuracy of output.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to dissect complex problems and generate innovation solutions, including advanced data tools.
• Identifying the development areas of the systems and following the development processes.
• Interpreting customer perception and market dynamics with market research, provide
• insight to relevant teams.

• Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex data insights to non-technical
• stakeholders.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
• Advanced in English and great communication skill.
