We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pricing & Access Solutions Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing and market access solutions to ensure optimal access to Roche’s innovative products for patients, while maximizing the value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
You strengthen and identify local strategies to improve funding and access solutions, provide integrated views, improve overall process and program reputation.
You work build and deliver sustainable payment models and reimbursement offers.
You are responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize reimbursement and patient access while ensuring sustainable revenue and market positioning.
You collaborate with Patient Journey Partners(PJPs) and Healthcare Systems Partners(HSPs) in order to identify funding and access solutions to improve patient journey
You develop new access solutions and work with Medical and PJP/HSP to comply with Symphony guidance and code of conduct and all relevant regulation.
You work with the global network to identify best practice in delivering
You are responsible for selection and oversight of third parties to ensure they follow Roche code of conduct and all relevant regulations.
You collect feedback on implementation of the solutions.
