Job Summary: The main responsibility of this position will be to develop pricing strategies for various product groups in order to maximize profitability by analyzing market conditions, customer needs, competitor activities, production costs, and other relevant factors. The Pricing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and management to ensure alignment between pricing strategy and overall business objectives. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and communication abilities to effectively communicate complex pricing concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Responsibilities:Develop and implement pricing strategies across multiple product lines based on analysis of market trends, customer needs, competition, cost structure, and other relevant factors.Conduct comprehensive price audits to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing prices.Lead special projects related to pricing such as market research or competitive intelligence gathering.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and management to align pricing strategy with broader business goals.Communicate complex pricing concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.At least 2 years of experience in pricing or related fields.Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated ability to take initiative and think creatively.At BDR Thermea Group, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) are critical to our success.
