Strategically design, execute, and optimize display campaigns across multiple online channels such as Meta, TikTok Ads, and Apple Ads, covering both web and mobile platforms across 14 EMEA countries;
Analyze the results of performance-driven display campaigns and take data-backed, immediate actions to enhance outcomes;
Continuously experiment – A/B test ad copies and visuals for our three distinct brands, leveraging insights from other countries and campaigns to maximize impact;
Own daily performance tracking, ensuring precise reporting and budget optimization to drive higher campaign ROI;
Stay ahead by actively researching and implementing the latest domestic and global digital marketing best practices;
Ensure robust attribution models and seamless tracking throughout the entire funnel for paid campaigns;
Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Who You Are
Bachelor's / Master's degree with a study in Engineering, Business, or Economics department;
Fluent in both English & Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
Marketing full-time/internship experience in a technology company or a fast-paced environment;
Experience with different advertising platforms and tools preferred;
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills;
Fast learning skills with a can-do attitude;
Hunger for knowledge, including new technologies and skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
