What You'll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of Lucida AI’s marketing strategies, executing end-to-end user acquisition campaigns.
• Manage the creative pipeline: Develop, test, and refine creatives. You’ll brainstorm ideas, propose hypotheses, oversee implementation, and provide feedback.
• Optimize campaigns across multiple platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and more to scale our user base efficiently.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with external partners, ad networks, and agencies (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) to maximize the success of our campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using BI dashboards to ensure campaigns hit targets and continuously improve.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user motivations and create data-driven monetization strategies.
• Think beyond traditional marketing: Use growth-hacking techniques and creativity to find new ways to acquire and retain users.
