We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to partner with the organization’s leadership and People & Culture (P&C) team in Turkey & Levant as the catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy for the company. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by providing P&C strategic leadership and support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture.   


Main responsibilities: 


As a member of the Eurasia People & Culture team, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the business leaders and the rest of the P&C community across the geography.  


  • Employee Relations – Support People Director in liaising with local co-determination bodies and advise managers on employee relations matters & handle cases end-to-end. 
  • Support delivery of people & culture activities that require on-site presence or where local language requirements cannot be covered by the hubs. 
  • Project Management – Pro-actively initiate and lead end-to-end projects to provide the best employee experience in the organization. Seek continuously for improvement areas to ensure being best in class P&C team.
  • Talent Acquisition – Support on-site activities as required in partnership with TA team to provide excellence in TA and best candidate experience. Obtain approvals from works council/union where applicable. 
  • Talent Management* – Deliver P4G workshops to upskill People Managers. Engage and facilitate calibration talent reviews to support 1st line managers. Support employees and managers locally in development advice. 
  • Performance Management – Facilitate calibration performance reviews with 1st line managers to support and ensure it’s managed according guidelines. Guide and support managers with low performance management.
  • Ethics & Business Integrity cases – Support the EBI Head with investigating Speak Up cases.
  • Learning – Deliver trainings after receiving Train the Trainer when needed.

Support on-site learning admin and handle local audit of learning delivery in partnership with Learning COE.


  • Rewards and Recognition – Support adjustment and negotiation of collective labor agreements, manage personnel cost/ budget, local plans, and exceptions. 
  • Insights – Handle reporting request using local data sources (e.g., local government reports) 
  • Org Design and Effectiveness – Partner with the Strategic People Business Partners to implement organizational changes in local systems (if required), manage reorganizations by supporting union/ works council negotiations as well as managing the transition/ exit of people. 
  • Reflect changes in local processes, procedures, and policies according to CoE guidelines. 
  • Mobility - Support on-site relocation, if necessary, e.g., in-person confirmation of employment 
  • Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation. 
  • Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize ESS/MSS and One Support

About you  


- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred. 


- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.  International exposure is desirable. 


- Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C externally. 


- Ability to challenge and influence leaders


- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions


- Curious mindset who challenges the status quo to look always for better and innovative solutions


- High learning agility


- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion


- Fluent in English and Turkish
