About The Job
The People Excellence Partner role is a part of the People & Culture team and reports directly to the People & Culture Director Eurasia. In this role you will work with the (Strategic) People Business Partners, People Excellence, COE Partners and People Services to support the employees in Manufacturing and Supply Site in Lüleburgaz. You will focus on delivering People and Culture excellence for managers and employees across the full scope of our operations –by facilitating the cycles like Talent, Performance and Merit cycles, lead P&C projects like wellbeing, onboarding etc., employee-manager relations, EBI investigations and work on continuous improvement to deliver the best in class employee experience. This role will be key in managing union relations.
Key Results/Accountabilities
Strategy and Policy
Implement changes locally according to People Business Partner and Centre of Expertise guidelines
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management


  • Facilitate Talent Review Meetings with Leaders according to Centre of Expertise guidance and in collaboration with the (Strategic) People Business Partner
  • Participate in recruitment selection panels for assigned roles
  • Manage new hires arrival and onboarding in partnership with People Services
  • Manage job requisitions for middle managers and below

Performance Management


  • Guide employees & managers through the performance process, including low performance management
  • Facilitate year-end calibration with Leaders according to Centre of Expertise guidance
  • Support with trainings to employees and managers when needed

Employee Relations


  • Investigate allegations covered by the Disciplinary and Corrective actions policy
  • Manage and coordinate employee separation cases (with support from legal and (strategic) People Business Partner when appropriate)
  • Guide managers and employees with manager-employee relations
  • Support Collective Labor Agreement process and all union related topics (out of CLA)

Organisation Changes


  • Support People-related local projects
  • Serve as a point of contact for Workday transactions, notifications and approvals
  • Organization Management – Support large organization changes with People Business Partners (RIFs & expansions). Offer org. system support for line management. Conduct Workday org audits and clean-up efforts

Others / Projects


  • Take the lead on several P&C topics as a project like Wellbeing, DE&I, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition & Management etc.
  • Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation with People Excellence COE Partners & People Services
  • Serve as the Tier 2 advisor for escalated support requests
  • Coordinate and manage training delivery and tracking; Participate to site HSE committee, ergonomy committee and monthly hsv-health & safety visits

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 4 years of HR experience in a multi-national organisation manufacturing environments
  • Strong project management skills
  • Courage to challenge leaders
  • Innovative mindset
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong coaching, consulting and team-building skills and observational techniques
  • Growth mindset, open for feedback and learning
  • Flexible and agile to manage multiple topics concurrently
  • Customer service mindset
  • HR systems experience (Workday will be an advantage) and MS Excel expertise

Terms of Employment


  • This full-time position does not have people management responsibility.
  • There might be some travel required for this position.
