People Business Partnering Manager

You will:- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes from a high level perspective, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development plans, talent development and offboarding
- Implement best practices in talent attraction under your area of responsibility
- Build People and Culture strategies and bring them to execution
- Coach and partner with managers on performance management, talent management, team engagement
- Support the management team in people related topics, gather employee insights, advise the proper course of action on people challenges
Requirements- Minimum 6 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Prior experience in high growth and fast-paced environment is a plus
- Experience with writing processes and procedures, strategic planning, people management and HR practices
- Fluency in English
- Great analytical skills accompanied with high attention to detail
- The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve
- Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team and the needs of the business. You’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Teamwork, strong communication skills and relationship building
