Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources Team, based in Teknopark Istanbul, Kurtkoy. 

Job Description:

• Carrying on the monthly international and TR payroll processes, collecting the information for the related month, and controlling the monthly payroll calculation with the external payroll provider
• Executes hiring and exiting process of employees, maintains and updates personnel files
• Provide support to all requests related to labor law and employment: leaves, tax declarations, pensions, etc.
• Administrate employee benefits such as private health insurance
• Managing the procedures for the new hires and leaving employees

• Assists relocated team members with their pre and post-arrival processes
• Assists the HR Team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices within the company

Required Qualifications:

• Min 3 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in the technology industry,
• Have experience with multiple countries' regulations,
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor law,
• Have strong multi-tasking, analytical, and reporting skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Good command of spoken and written English is a plus,
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,
• Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity, a strong drive to create a positive work environment,
• Good Excel knowledge.
