Human Resources


Join a prestigious team of HR professionals, specializing in talent management, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning. Collaborate with HR experts, managing a wide array of HR functions and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent from around the world.


What to expect from this position at VavaCars:


    • Manage the relationship and operations with an external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
    • Prepare and validate payroll data, including tax, social security, and other deductions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
    • Collaborate with the Finance team on month-end payroll reporting, accruals, and budget optimization to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
    • Handle employee queries related to payroll, providing prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining excellent communication.
    • Monitor and manage employee timekeeping systems, addressing and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
    • Support audits by preparing and providing payroll-related data and reports in a timely manner.
    • Assess and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs, suggesting improvements to enhance organizational value and employee satisfaction.
    • Structure and update compensation frameworks to align with company objectives and market standards, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on updates to compensation and benefits, and manage the HR budget efficiently.
    • Continuously review and optimize payroll processes to enhance accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
