Payer Lead

The Private Health Insurance and Bank Pension Fund Innovation Lead will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with private health insurance companies and bank pension funds. This role involves creating and implementing innovative projects and strategies to enhance collaboration, drive demand, and streamline reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement / Management

• Creating an interaction map with decision-makers in Private Health Insurance and Bank Pension Funds.
• Establishing and sustaining collaborations with these institutions, undertaking projects with their customers, and generating demand.

Reimbursement Processes Tracking

• Responsible for scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and tracking actions for reimbursement processes from a project management perspective.
• Track actions and follow up on commitments in a timely and effective way.

Internal Coordination

• Manage and coordinate coordination with departments such as medical, marketing, and public relations within GSK and ensure accurate communication aligned with GSK policies and SOPs.

Governance, Compliance and Reporting

• Maintain strict governance and accurate tracking throughout relationships.
• Provide regular updates and report on project profess to stakeholders with key performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in the healthcare industry
• Vaccines experience preferred
• Knowledge of private health insurance and pension funds preferred
• Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of reimbursement processes and healthcare regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
