Our Hire-to-Retire Employee Life Cycle business line delivers a variety of innovative P&O (HR) services along the complete lifecycle of an employee - from onboarding to off-boarding! We also provide services related to HR Administration, Payroll, Compensation& Equity & Benefits and much more!


What you need to make real what matters?


  • 4th year undergraduate student  in related area
  • Able to work minimum 2-3 days/week in Kartal
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Flexible and good team player
  • Open minded and highly collaborative

Your mission will be…


  • Execution of tasks related to GBS H2R Employee Life Cycle for Siemens Türkiye.
  • Data management topics related to employees.
  • Supporting the implementation of global, regional, or unit-related employee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies and programs.
  • Providing guidance and support to service providers regarding C&B programs such as monthly meal allowance process, flexible benefit programs, company private pension plans, etc.
  • Assisting in ensuring the fairness and effectiveness of reward programs for assigned employee groups.
  • Supporting the alignment of global, regional, or local C&B regulations with respective guidelines and regional or local laws.
  • Assisting in the coordination of global transformation projects related to GBS H2R topics such as Workday, CARL (Digital P&O assistant), People Center (Case Management Portal).
  • Supporting the locally designed myPack! (Total Reward Statement Tool) project displaying employees’ Total Reward Package on a dashboard.
  • Providing support for Risk and Internal Control (RIC) coordination within Human Resources.
  • Assisting in the preparation and tracking of payroll data to be communicated to the external payroll provider.
