Part Time Working Student (Business Administrator)

For our Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit in Siemens Smart Infrastructure located in Kartal, we are looking for Part Time Working Student Business Administrator (Customer Services - Service Corner organization).

What part will you play?

• Support in commercial activities,
• Participate in monthly closing transactions,
• Work on various reports, dashboards, tools and support the team in execution of customer orders,
• Follow-up & support logistics process of the project (transport, customs duties, taxes, licenses, etc.) and creation of export documents,
• Close cooperation with corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply-Chain Management, Legal, Compliance (as relevant). 

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

• 3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Management / Business Administration / Economics or a related area,
• Able to work 3 days/week in Kartal or remotely,
• Good command of written and spoken Turkish & English,
• Advance level of MS Office Applications; especially Excel, PowerPoint,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex analysis,
• Cooperative, flexible and a good team player with strong communication skills.
