Receiving reservations, entering the system, issuing invoices
Contact with domestic and foreign customs and agencies and loading / unloading organizations
Loading vehicles at maximum efficiency / occupancy
To be able to make vehicle disposition
Communicating with suppliers and monitoring the load
Weekly reporting and billing
Sub-supply management and portfolio development
Continuous communication with customers and informing
Sales to customers when necessary
Preparing, presenting and filing periodic reports to senior management
Performing daily operational tasks assigned by the department manager
Graduated from related departments of universities (International Logistics, Foreign Trade, etc.)
Good command of English (to be able to continue the operation in English)
At least 5 years experienced in international road Import / Export customs processes
Partial and complete shipments planning and distribution information
High coordination and reporting skills
Will be able to work customer-oriented and make sales when necessary
Have analytical thinking
Good command of Microsoft Office programs (good use of Excel)
Strong communication power, prone to teamwork, high persuasion ability
Adapt to dynamic, intensive working hours
Loves teamwork and can adapt to corporate corporate culture
