Responsibilities


  • Understand and analyze customer requirements to offer suitable products and solutions.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team and conduct product-related training sessions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to contribute to product positioning strategies.
  • Manage the technical aspects of the sales process by organizing and delivering presentations for business partners and/or their customers.
  • Ensure the successful completion of projects through effective technical engagement.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in presales processes with a customer-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical thinking skills.
  • Team-oriented and results-driven mindset.
