We are looking for a team member to our Neutral Operations Turkey team within CB & IB Operations. Reconciliation Production Operator will be responsible from monthly tax report preparations, day-to-day embargo message filtering, daily reconciliation of Deutsche Bank A.S.’s accounts, approved limit definitions, preparation of audit confirmations and performing all types of legal investigations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of Embargo Message Filtering operations,
- Reconcile & Report bank’s all Nostro & Depot & Internal accounts,
- Creation and upload of daily, weekly and monthly reports. Prepare monthly tax accountings of the bank and carrying out the accrual-collection transactions (BSMV, KKDF, Muhtasar)
- Following up Turkish laws and legislations,
- Perform the controls of audit confirmations and legal Investigations (KEP, hard copy investigations), follow up regulatory inquiries, perform daily controls on letters coming from seizure offices and other official offices (E-haciz, SGK etc),
- Manage the process of clients’ Cash, Non-cash, Treasury, Overnight and Intraday limit definitions, manage static data definitions in local banking system,
- Attending projects for operational enhancements, prepare related manuals & workflows for system interfaces.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of banking experience preferably in operations department. within a local/international bank or other financial institution.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, experience in operations department is an asset.
- Knowledge on Turkish laws and regulations, experience on preparation of monthly tax accountings of the bank and carrying out the accrual-collection transactions (BSMV, KKDF, Muhtasar) is preferred.
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant department.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Turkish & English.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
