Follow up the company car processes.
Deliver the legal documents to social security, TAX office, municipality by hand.
Meet the office needs by purchasing the necessary office equipment.
Work with UPS, DHL, local delivery companies on a daily basis.
Transfer of documents, samples from Warehouse to Office or vice versa.
Flight and other organization and transport between hotel to airport.
Skills and Qualifications required: The ideal candidate must have the following competencies:
Experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
