As a member of the Monetization Team, you will have the unique opportunity to guide a high-performing team, develop and implement revenue-maximizing strategies, working closely alongside some of the brightest minds in the mobile app arena. Your expertise will shape our approach to monetization, influencing the growth trajectory of our products across multiple platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Monetization Managers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Develop and implement long-term, mid-term, and short-term strategies for app monetization to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
• Proactively analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improving Lifetime Value (LTV) and maximizing revenue.
• Design and execute A/B tests for paywalls to optimize conversion rates and ensure financial success for the apps.
• Strategize and implement special offers, promotions, and innovative techniques to develop new sales channels and enhance revenue streams.
• Ensure decision-making processes are rooted in robust data analysis and user insights, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, and finance.
• Play a key role in shaping and executing strategic company initiatives that drive industry innovation and position AppNation for future success.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, preferably including at least 2+ years in a leadership role with direct product ownership and team management responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in monetization strategies, particularly in mobile apps or games, with a track record of driving sustained growth.
• Deep understanding of monetization models, including subscription-based models, paywalls, ads, and in-app economies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance data and user feedback.
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, with a keen eye for identifying monetization opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and lead teams towards ambitious targets.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or above

What does the recruitment process look like?

3. Case Study: You will be provided with a project relevant to the position, which you will complete to demonstrate your proficiency and practical knowledge.

4. Technical Meeting: A Google Meet session with our team lead will be arranged for you to engage in in-depth discussions on technical topics that align with your expertise. You will be asked specific questions to further showcase your technical skills.

5. Team Meeting: You will have an in-person meeting with the founders of AppNation, during which we will discuss your expectations and explore how you can contribute to our team. This interview will also provide an opportunity for you to gain insights into AppNation's culture and working environment.

6. Final Decision: Within a few days, we will inform you of our decision regarding your suitability for the role.
