Job Description:
Bp is looking for META HSE&C Advisor in Türkiye based in Istanbul or Gemlik, Bursa.
You will provide expertise to ensure that Health, Safety, Environment and Carbon (HSE&C) risks within Middle East, Turkey, Ukraine, Central Asia and Africa (META) Performance Unit (PU) are identified, assessed and effectively managed. You will also enable the delivery of the Global and META HSE&C plan and provide HSE&C support, and facilitates access to HSE&C expertise, to allow the PU effectively meets HSE&C regulatory and bp requirements within manufacturing and other PU operations (including sales, marketing, customer facing, logistics, plant and facility/office operations).
You will intervene and escalates as appropriate to cause corrective action based on HSE&C performance trends and/or conformance levels of focused Operating Management System (OMS) sub-elements.
You will drive consistency and a common approach where it adds value, and provides optimum performance in service of the HSE&C agenda. As a member of the PU HSE&C team, you will contributes to the development of local HSE&C plans, policies and programmes.
