• Act in a young team passionate for supply chain.
• Planning, ordering and procurement of direct material.
• Definition, improvement, and implementation of standards for lean direct material management processes.
• Implementation of improvement measures to achieve challenging inventory targets and optimize inbound transport costs.
• Improving the suppliers on time delivery performance.
• Working collaboratively with make and deliver team.

• Degree/Master in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics operations.
• SAP Experience (SAP Project/Expert experience is an asset).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Very Good communication skills (team player, sharing know-how and results with colleagues).
• Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to find solutions.
• Results-oriented, Methodical and Pro-active attitude, Problem-solving mindset.
