Material Analyst, İzmir

As a Material Analyst, you will report directly to the Materials Manager in İzmir. Based in İzmir, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and inventory management to ensure the availability of materials necessary to meet the production schedule.

How you will do it

• Manage material orders and suppliers to sustain production and ensure timely shipping of customer orders.
• Analyze MRP results and maintain MRP parameters to optimize stock levels, avoiding shortages and excess inventory.
• Create and process purchase orders regularly and punctually.
• Ensure order information is up-to-date in the SAP system and manage freight costs within budget.
• Obtain management approval for premium shipments when necessary.
• Review and improve supplier on-time delivery performance.
• Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory studies.
• Participate in inventory optimization studies and support ongoing projects/tools within the company, such as JCMS and Maple.

What we look for

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent command of English
• At least 2 years of experience in cycle count management, inventory management, or production planning at a multinational company with global suppliers

Preferred:

• Degree in industrial, mechanical, or material engineering
• SAP knowledge
