We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across the MET region. In this key role, you will drive brand awareness, enhance PR activities, and organize high-impact events that support sales and generate leads. You will work closely with the EMEA and Group marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategies while tailoring initiatives to regional market dynamics.This position is hybrid. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with Group policies and expectations, collaborating closely with EMEA and Group marketing teams.
Lead brand awareness and PR initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence and support sales growth.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee corporate events, including seminars, conferences, and sponsored engagements, ensuring flawless execution.
Manage the end-to-end planning of the company’s annual flagship event for the MET region, working with agencies to ensure strong client participation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, press, and PR stakeholders to boost regional media coverage.
Organize TV interviews, media outreach, and PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility in the region.
Provide strategic marketing support to the sales team, driving lead generation and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
Represent the MET region in global meetings, ensuring the region's needs and strategies are effectively communicated.
Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on regional marketing, event management, and lead generation.
Proven expertise in PR, media relations, and brand awareness initiatives.
A strong track record of planning and executing high-impact marketing campaigns and corporate events.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with both Group and regional strategies.
Fluency in English (advanced written and spoken proficiency is required).
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
