Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activities
- Lead market research and customer insight gathering efforts to identify trends and/or needs of targeted customers
- Oversee and define the product’s value proposition by leveraging competitive, customer and market analysis
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to increase sales and awareness of the product
- Develop strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the product meets customer needs and market demand
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage the product's lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and promotions to improve customer acquisition and retention, and drive revenue growth
- Attend industry events to promote the product and gather market intelligence
- Lead the production of digital marketing campaigns including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
- Reporting to head of business unit, dotted line to CMO in Amsterdam office
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Technology, Telecommunication, Banking sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, MBA is a plus.
- Outstanding communicator, who can write, present, and effectively adjust messages to meet individual audiences and organizations.
- Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer with a focused ability to get the job done even in the face of time, budget, or resource constraints.
- Excellent operational and project management, including the ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under aggressive timelines and expectations.
- Strong desire and experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate team player with great interpersonal skills and an exceptional ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with executive leadership.
- Passion for leading teams and a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining world-class marketing talent.
