What You’ll Do- Get in the creative zone with our brand team to craft and execute a pushing-limits brand communication strategy, reflecting our dynamic company vibe.
- Be in the center of our creative universe; coordinating our creative agencies, internal creative team and brands.
- Keep our brand messaging fresh, consistent, and in-line with our equity. Think of yourself as the guardian of our brand's cool factor.
- Be the mastermind behind our brand's content creation frenzy. From in-app to social media, digital performance to TV – you're our content guru.
- Take charge of our content calendar like a boss, plotting and scheming the perfect communication strategy to keep our audience wanting more.
- Be responsible for creative excellence and ensure creative ROI, coordinating the analysis team regarding content performance via A-B tests.
What You’ll Bring- Enjoying adrenaline, creativity, teamwork and productivity.
- Constant learning & development.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field would be awesome.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in advertising, brand communication.
- Agency background is a very strong plus.
- Written and verbal communication skills. You can charm and persuade with your words like nobody's business.
- You're not just creative; also have a strategic mind to match.
- Analytical skills to measure, evaluate, and optimize our brand communication efforts for maximum impact.
- Juggling multiple projects and initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- When crises strike, you're the calm in the storm. Your problem-solving skills are essential.
- Pet ownership is a plus 🐶😸.
