Reporting to Market Access Manager the responsibilities of Market Access Specialist will be as follows;
•Analyze pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement trends,
•Collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams on all strategies and inquiries related to pricing, reimbursement (P&R), and value messages,
•Update the internal price database and notify internal stakeholders of any price or discount changes,
•Prepare pricing and reimbursement dossiers and ensure timely submission,
•Ensure that affiliate pricing and reimbursement activities comply with local regulations,
•Support the finance team by keeping the global pricing database up to date,
•Regularly inform internal stakeholders of changes in pricing and reimbursement conditions for both the AbbVie products and treatment alternatives,
•Work closely with Medical and Commercial teams to prepare relevant sections of reimbursement dossiers.
•University degree preferably in life sciences and Business/Economics,
•Highly analytical with excellent written and verbal skills,
•Ability to combine strategic vision with execution and analysis,
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams in matrix environments,
•Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail,
•Problem-solving skills with a creative and solutions-driven approach,
•Fluency in English,
•Internship or experience in pharma is a plus but not be required.
