Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 


  • Drive and guide seasonal Operational Planning & Performance Management on behalf of supply chain teams
  • Manage and deliver strategic SCM projects on a local level across SCM verticals and respective functions within the boundaries of time, cost, and quality while focusing on the business expectations and requirements (special focus on critical transformational projects like new DC implementation, System changes etc.)
  • Collecting and analyzing data and reporting to SCM Snr Director on operational and financial performance to support the business in fact-based decision making

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage and align seasonal operational Milestones across SCM functions and support work in-sync with Channels/Finance level to facilitate all key milestones as per business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement on processes and ways of working to elevate business performance and team efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor the SCM budget. Keep tracking the budget and probing opportunities for cost efficiency improvement.
  • Process monitoring and KPI tracking to review SCM operational health and risks.
  • Take strong ownership to lead and manage the execution and successful delivery of defined project plan through effectively coordinating people and resources while ensuring high quality consistency of deliverables.
  • Track, monitor, analyze and develop KPIs to SCM Senior Director. Ensure monthly and weekly reporting of KPI, cost and service levels.

  • Co-ordinate key deliverables from all stakeholders in the range preparation process in a timely manner to adhere to key milestones for each product season
  • SCM Budget performance
  • Operational SCM KPI’s
  • On time in full delivery of SCM projects

  • Global and local SCM teams
  • Sales functions (Wholesale, eCom, Retail, Team Services)
  • Marketing (horizontal and vertical BU divisions)
  • Corporate functions (e.g. Legal, Tech, Finance)
  • External partners

  • End-to-end mindset, big picture view of problems on hand
  • Proactive, engaging, and open to feedback
  • Proven leadership and management abilities especially in managing a diverse matrix team structure (incl. remote management)
  • Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization 
  • Distinct track record of success and expert process management knowledge
  • Highly organized and process-oriented mentality 
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions (finance preferred), as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, etc.)
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with and influence a large variety of personalities at all levels of business.
  • Identify and communicate risks early to enable mitigation efforts, maintain program goals, timelines, and costs.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in operations/process management required. Retail Operations, high level of sku, multiple channels experiences preferred.
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Operations, Merchandising and/or Project Management preferred
  • Experience in Change Management and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Ability to occasionally travel as required.
  • Fluent in English
