Maintenance Supervisor - Gebze

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support our mechanical and electrical teams at our plant. The ideal candidate will possess a good background in engineering and maintenance, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proficient in PC and MS Office applications; experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7-1200, S7-300) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Candidates residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or Izmit are preferred
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Support and guide the mechanical and electrical teams to ensure efficient operations
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and support continuous production
• Root Cause Analysis: Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns
• Production Support: Collaborate with production teams and actively participate in meetings to address maintenance needs
• KPI Management: Develop and execute work plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as downtime, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and preventive maintenance completion rates
• Inventory Management: Track spare parts inventory and manage orders to ensure necessary supplies are available
• Safety Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently upheld in all maintenance activities
• Project Support: Assist in investment projects and the commissioning of new equipment
• Continuous Improvement: Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities, driving continuous improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency and implement 5S methodologies
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, including managing contractors and third-party vendors
