Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Communicate effectively with existing and potential suppliers, manage quotation processes, and develop supplier relationships.
• Conduct market research and price analysis to support procurement decisions.
• Prepare and maintain necessary tables, reports, and documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Enter and update procurement-related data in ERP systems and maintain organized records.
• Support procurement processes by assisting with operational tasks and providing input to optimize workflows.
