Role modelling the Sanofi’s Play to Win values (Stretch- Take Action- Consumers/Customers centric and think One Sanofi) is another critical attribute.About Job:Main Responsibilities: Drive the AMET zone legal strategy:Countries under your direct legal accountability: AMET CountriesLegal oversight over distributors appointed to act on CHC’s behalf in the markets in your zone. Become a trusted legal advisor of AMET CHC Leadership Team, keeping them abreast of key legal/regulatory developments and trendsAdvise and assist on a wide range of business law matters such as contracting, supply manufacturing, digital, data privacy, among othersDeliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely legal services across the zone, managing legal and regulatory risk; enabling the achievement of business goals in compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, standards and policiesEstablish adequate governance and local legal support, through an external network within your geographical scope.
