Laboratory Analyst - Tuzla

Job Description: Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to assist with laboratory analyses, sample preparation, water analysis, polymer solution preparation, and the shipping of samples. In this position, we are looking for a team member who will carry out laboratory processes meticulously and ensure the accurate delivery of samples.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: University degree in Chemistry or two year degree in Chemistry.
• Experience: At least 1-3 years of laboratory experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with analytical devices and laboratory software
  • Ability to prepare samples, perform analyses, and report results
• Personal Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and disciplined work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques and cause-effect research skills

• Other Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Must reside in Istanbul (Asian side), preferably in Pendik or Tuzla

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of water samples in the laboratory environment and determine whether the test results fall within the correct limits
• Prepare polymer solutions in accordance with established procedures
• Prepare samples for various analyses, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed thoroughly
• Properly package prepared samples and ship them to the relevant laboratories or customers within the specified timeframe
• Conduct various analyses and accurately record and report the results
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to support processes and contribute to process improvements
• Regularly maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, manage shipping and other support activities, and propose solutions in case of disruptions
• Perform analyses in compliance with quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, and GLP, ensuring all processes meet quality standards
