Due to current development in Türkiye, the company is currently seeking to fill:


Position: Key Account Sales Supervisor 


Office location: Istanbul, Türkiye


Place of work: Istanbul, Türkiye


Our expectations:


  • Proven, successful experience in delivering outstanding sales results in challenging market place


  • Understanding and extensive experience in B2B sales to major clients


  • Experience in the business of automatic machines for processing and packaging is a strong plus


  • Extensive, active acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients preferably in cleaning services segment or building maintenance services  or industrial clients


  • Consistency in the implementation of entrusted sales and organizational tasks


  • Perseverance in pursuing goals, self-discipline, creativity and self-denial


  • Sales competences, the ability to talk to clients at a high level, build interpersonal relationships


  • Skills in conducting trade negotiations


  • Evidence-based sales successes


  • High personal culture, honesty and responsibility


  • Decisiveness, great commitment, independence in action and creativity


  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office and the use of CRM programs (Salesforce)


  • Valid driving license B and willingness to travel


  • Technical educational background will be of additional value


  • Languages: Turkish native with very good English skills


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.


  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.


  • Act as the liaison between our customers and internal teams (R&D, Product Management etc.) ensuring clients’ requirements are met
