Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, any other engineering, Geosciences, or a related field, preferably with a focus on the energy sector
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore and onshore and a drilling fluids engineer
  • At least 2 years sales experience with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals in the B2B environment
  • Knowledge of WBM&OBM products and systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to details
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ideally bilingual with understanding of English and Turkish
  • No travel restrictions
  • Valid driver's license, active driving capability
  • No military obligation for male candidates

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Oil&Gas Team. This role has plenty of opportunities for growth and you will be joining a very collaborative team.


Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across various segments of the upstream energy sector, including exploration, production, and development
  • Developing & maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, industry stakeholders, including O&G companies, service providers, government agencies
  • Developing target prospects and making contact, developing opportunities, preparing & presenting proposals and winning new business
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the upstream energy landscape.
  • Preparing compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and solutions, addressinging specific needs and challenges faced by upstream energy players
  • Identifying and applying for relevant tenders, negotiate and close contracts with new clients for the provision of upstream energy services or solutions
  • Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal teams
  • Supporting the execution of upstream energy projects by collaborating with internal teams (engineering, operations, R&D, etc.) and external stakeholders
  • Staying up to date on the latest developments & regulations in the upstream energy sector, incl. technological advancements, market fluctuations, & geopolitical factors
  • Travelling as required to meet with clients, attending industry events, and participating in conferences
  • Managing existing accounts as allocated ensuring satisfaction and ongoing profitability by professional and effective account management processes and skills designed to deliver and exceed customer expectations and adding value
  • Working with other team members and resource groups as necessary to ensure that customer deliverables are met and maintained including ensuring that we have adequate stocks to serve customers
  • Managing and running the Drilling Fluids Lab
