Responsibilities:


  • Understand and analyze customer requests, providing appropriate products and solutions.
  • Prepare technical product information and presentations, explaining the technical advantages and features of the products.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team and conduct product-related training.
  • Offer technical insights and solutions during customer meetings.
  • Contribute to product positioning by conducting market and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare proposals and solution documents, providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Manage the technical aspects of the sales process and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Juniper and/or Aruba technologies and products.
  • Familiarity with firewall product positioning.
  • Experience in designing, installing, and managing LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDWAN.
  • Knowledge of network and system monitoring tools.
  • Ability to perform demos and Proof of Concepts (PoC) within the brand's solutions.
  • Capability to complete and update manufacturer certifications with a planned roadmap.
  • Experience in presales processes with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented and results-driven working skills.
  • 3+ years of industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the IT and hardware sectors.
  • Relevant certifications (Juniper, Aruba).
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales support processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies.
