Junior Unity Developer

Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Institute of Technology, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Rapsodo is rapidly growing, and we are looking for team players who will contribute to deliver state-of-the-art solutions with us. We're looking for a Junior Unity Developer to join us!
Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain Unity-based applications and games. 

• Implement game mechanics, UI elements, and interactive features using C# in Unity. 

• Debug and optimize code for performance, ensuring smooth and efficient gameplay. 

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and bug fixing. 

• Work closely with designers and artists to integrate assets and create visually appealing user experiences. 

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Unity development. 
  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience working with Unity (C#)

• Proficiency in C# and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. 
• Experience with game development, either through personal projects, internships, or academic work. 

• Understanding of game physics, animations, and UI/UX principles. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

• A passion for gaming and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. 
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
