Junior Trade Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing and omnichannel strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Executing strategic plans and managing the content of "Turuncu Hat" to leverage innovative approaches for facilitating the use of the platform.
• Overseeing call center operations, including setting sales targets and coaching for performance to maintain seamless communication and service quality.
• Conducting market research and gathering actionable insights to highlight future business opportunities.
• Monitoring and analyzing market data regarding product performance, competitors and customers.
• Understanding and leveraging business analytics to design effective sales campaigns.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving growth.
• Actively working with regional and global teams, accelerating performance.
• Collaboration and sustainable value creation with external stakeholders, overcoming the barriers in the patient journey.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience
• Prior experience with digital applications is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-accountable, proactive and resilient
• Ambition to drive change and create additional value for patients, stakeholders, teams and the organization
