Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business units and act as a bridge between the business and the global Project Management team using business analysis methodologies

• Understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional designs

• Participate in user acceptance testing, track and document changes for functional and business specifications

• Provide maintenance and daily support for live solutions

• Analyze daily processes of local business units in collaboration with the local PMO Manager

• Report new requests related to live solutions and potential project ideas to the local PMO Manager, prioritizing them based on company strategy
