ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Qualities We Are Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related fields,
  • At least 7 years’ IT procurement experience,
  • Experienced in all IT procurements like hardware, software and telecommunication,
  • Good knowledge of the market research and price comparison,
  • Knowledgeable about supplier relations and process management,
  • Active user of MS Office programs,
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills,
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills,
  • Good coordination skills with all level of organization,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Your Main Responsibilities


  • In accordance with our purchasing strategy, managing purchase orders, opening purchase orders on time, following up with suppliers regularly,
  • Following the purchasing market on the basis of the products followed and making relevant analyses,
  • Negotiating and concluding price, payment and shipment issues with suppliers,
  • To cooperate and communicate with relevant category departments about the status of purchasing processes (price, deadline, etc.),
  • To make necessary analyzes on issues such as suppliers' service levels, stock value of their products, etc.,
  • Making relevant reports regarding business processes.
