• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various systems.
• Support the IT team in managing network connectivity and troubleshooting network issues.
• Help document IT processes and maintain system documentation.
• Participate in the deployment and configuration of computer systems and software applications.
• Provide technical support to end-users both remotely and in-person.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Help in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and software solutions.
