As an IT Helpdesk & Support Engineer located in Istanbul, you’ll play a key role for supporting internal users and working environment and tracking incidents and service requests; secondary role for providing day to day support for system, network and on-prem datacenter. Also taking care about the maintaining and improves key operational processes and procedures related to operational running of enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a 1st and 2nd level resolution support engineering for Incidents created or escalated by Service Desk agents and Field Service Engineers.
Executes defined operational processes following KPIs and SLAs for problem and/or issue resolution.
Investigates and documents improvements to operational processes.
Seeks and leverages opportunities to expand knowledge and skill base.
Transfer low-level technical knowledge to Service Desk agents and Field Service Engineers.
Manage troubleshoot, setup, distribution, & inventory of new computers & phones to current and new employees.
Support users for operating systems, network, printing, mobile and telephony services
Solving hardware and software problems encountered by employees in computer environments and providing first level help desk service.
Creates and maintains IT specific documentation, policies, and procedures.
What we're kindly looking for:
Having good level of English, reading, writing, speaking
Analytical thinker
3+ Years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree with Systems Engineering or Related Field of Study preferred.
Technical with Systems Engineering or Related field of study required.
Having following Education/Certifications/experience/knowledge are plus:
ITIL foundation,
Proficient in Microsoft and Office 365 applications
Backup & Storage,
Information security
MAC OS
Related foundational Microsoft server and Azure products
Windows Server Family
Network infrastructure and LAN, WAN, VPN, TCPI/IP, DHCP, Wireless, Switch, Router, Firewall etc.
VMWare vSphere Foundation
SQL Server
