Qualifications;


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, industrial engineer, or a related field
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, market research, or a related role
  • Experienced in plastics, rubber and chemical industry
  • Proficiency in using SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools like Excell Proficiency in Microsoft Office program, particularly Excel
  • Communication skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Problem-solving. Adept at identifying issues and recommending effective solutions
  • Time management. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced level English

Job Description;


  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Preparing sales forecasts. Develops accurate and data-driven sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation across departments,
  • Creating sales reports. Designing detailed sales reports and dashboards using tools Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics.Evaluating metrics. Monitor KPIs such as profitability, churn rate, and sales performance to gauge success.
  • Supporting the sales team. Collaborates with the sales team to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively.
  • Evaluating market trends. Conducts in-depth market research and analysis to ensure sales strategies align with evolving customer needs and market conditions
  • Monitoring pricing strategies. Assess pricing models and profitability, providing recommendations to optimize revenue generation.
  • Optimizing SAP CRM systems. Leverage CRM tools to improve customer relationship management and ensure seamless tracking of sales activities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders. Work with stakeholders across departments to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives
  • Providing actionable insights. Deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders, aiding in strategic decisions that improve sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Creating sales budget sourcing files based on the budget by analyzing sales data in budget processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting budget-forecast-actual data
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards for sales teams and management
  • Converting inbound and outbound calls, cases into sales,
